Apply Bloom™ 3-12-6 before flower buds appear to help initiate flowering."
"Indoor and outdoor flowering plants mix 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of Liquid Bloom to gallon of water every time you water. Apply to promote bud initiation through full bloom. Outdoors use 1/4 tsp. per gallon of water as a winter feed on flowering and fruiting plants."
